there is no problem in bca if we don't have maths in 12th? if asked in job interview what do we tell?

Firstly, in the eligibility for the BCA there is no specification of having Mathematics. Secondly in the Interview round for Jobs, the students are required to know the programming skills very well. And the question are asked from the Discrete Mathematics which is present in the curriculum of BCA. So you have nothing to worry about regarding your 10+2 non-mathematics background. It will not affect your career or possibility of getting the job in any ways. You should focus on the curriculum very well.
