Such problems are not that big problems in your counselling procedure. These problems could be resolved by talking to the administration of your college which you got allotted in the counseling procedure. They might ask you for some paperwork you must have to perform in order to get things sorted.

Apply for counseling procedure with a free mind and ponder over such things after the seat has been allotted. All such administrative problems have their solutions, however, sometimes they could be heftier so have patience.
