If this is regarding CAT, Decendrakulathan falls under SC Category. That is the reason Decendrakulathan is also not listed under Central OBC list.Now the serial number should be filled by Candidates who belong to OBC Category. It is not mandatory for Candidates belonging to EWS, SC,ST, etc. That is the reason Decendrakulathan is also not listed under Central OBC list. But if it is a mandatory field, enter XV117 and that is ok.

@priyaankasarkar I have selected category as SC and serial number is mandatory for sc candidates also
For tamilnadu - XVI
Devendrakulathan - 17
XVI17, is this the correct format or only 17?
I am bit scared,please help me out
