Hey,

It usually takes any platform a week too refund your money. If your money is debited from your account and CAT helpline are not answering, I will suggest you to contact your bank or the platform from which you have done the payment. Your money is safe. Don't worry if will be credited back to your account sooner or later.

I will suggest you to keep on trying the CAT helpdesk as well as clear your doubt from the bank end as well.
