you can get a seat into IITs But you need to compromise with one of these:

• Branch
• College

If you are willing to get a seat into Computer science branch then new IITs can offer you a seat. If college really matters then less pursued branch is offered. But I suggest you to go for your preferred branch rather than preferred college . Because at the end, branch is the one that decides your future.
