Hey Srinivas,
No such predictions can be guaranteed that this year JEE Advanced OBC category cutoff will decrease. It is so because there is no drastic change in the standard of questions or the number of students appearing. Hence, it will be better to assume that cutoff will be around the same value. Just a slight difference of increase or decrease could happen.
