If you have not been alloted a seat in round 1 then you shall still be elogible for round 2 and mopuo round counselling.
If in either of these two rounds you are alloted a seat then the money wont be refunded. However if you are left with no seaf even after the mopup round then the money will be refunded at the end of all the rounds of all i dia counselling.
A list will be published of all those candidates who will be receiving the refund and the gradually it will be sent back to the registered account.
