Hey Amith !
A score of 600+ in NEET UG. is always considered a marvellous score to procure a seat.
Even if 600+ might just not ensure you a 100% seat in the top medical colleges of the nation, however you can be assured that you are bound to get a seat in a Govt. Medical College all over India.
