No you can not get into AIIMS institute through NEET.
AIIMS conducts its own entrance exam for admission to any of the AIIMS branchs for MBBS course. 
The aplications for the AIIMS MBBS entrance has already ended and the exam is scheduled on 25th and 26th of MAY.
If you wish to get admission into AIIMS institute and you have not filled the application form this year, then you need to wait for the next chance and then you can appear in AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam.
AIIMS is an autonomous public medical college and it is declared as Institute of National Importance by Act of Parliment.
