Hey Arvind, 

RPVT (Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test) is a state level entrance exam conducted by Rajasthan University Of Veterinary and Animal Sciences for providing admissions to  B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree Course in the constituent and affiliated private veterinary colleges of RAJUVAS. 

So, through RPVT you cannot get admission in any government college but only private colleges.
