May I get private seat in govt college rpvt 2019 with provisional rank 233 in (OBC)?

Hey Ganesh,
Well 290 marks are a bit low to get a government college seat for Veterinary course. You need a minimum of 350 marks in order to secure a seat in government college through all India quota. Although, through the state quota, you might possibly get a seat considering your category.
