Hi Sneha,

To get into speciality of your choice at all India counselling the all India rank should be around. To get into your choice of speciality by state quota the all India rank should be around 1000. This is applicable for government colleges.

Rest is all about money. There is not enough information available so as to give you answer in exact figures but it is for sure that for rank 1000 above to get a seat you have to pay money.

Yes they did release revised cutoff last year in which score in which the cutoff marks was lowered to 172 for UR.
