NTA hasn't declared yet rank and cuttoff percentile for 1st phase of jee mains.Cuttoff percentile is going to predict at 85 under genral quota. You are far away from this figure. With 64.81 percentile score you won't get any government college also you won't qualify for advance 2019 exam .For assurance wait till NTA decalres rank.
You still have one attempt for jee mains 2019.Do well. You can.
You can ask if you have any other queries.
GOOD LUCK!
HI AJIT
First of all let me tell to this that your percentile score is just a comparative score which is just a score have have among the other candidates in that batch and on the basisi of that you cannot have any clear idea of your admission to any particular college of your choice.
In case you want to know if you have any chances in getting into any college of your choice please go through the previous years jee mains cut offs for whichever category you belong to , i suggest that would be better way to know your status.
Another alternativeto that will be waiting for the final result to be declared by the official authority in APRIL.
And lastly , please give more stress on scoring well in the jee advance exam, that would exponentially incresase your chance of getting into much better colleges.
HAPPY LEARNING !!
