To get a seat in government Colleges you will be in need to score minimum of 550 to 600+ normally.

Now as you said you belong to OBC you will not be having much difference.

I would suggest you to score more then 500 for best purpose of getting a seat in government college without any problem/risk.

I have heard that 420 is minimum but according to cut-offs and some of the college will have there own reputation so I gave you a better suggestion.
