Sorry to say that you can't avail scholarship because your father is a government employee. If students parent(s) is/are government employee(s) then they are not eligible for getting scholarship from government through you have merit rank. Main criteria to give Scholarship is that the candidate must be either economically backward or merit student from a reserved category.

To get B.Tech Computer Science Engineering branch in Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad you must get atleast below 2300 rank in TS EAMCET as you belong to BC Category for decent chances as based on previous year's cut-offs. So if you get seat in any College you can't get able to get scholarship and you must pay full tution fee as per the instructions given by the College you join.
