Prediction of any cut off for any exam for every year depends on some factors like students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of examination, Number of  students qualify in the exam and the base of cut off deciding factors.As every year changed these factor according to the merit of the students so the cut off marks predicting for the coming year is difficult.But the name of the exam you have  not mentioned .So as a whole the prediction of cut off marks for coming year is almost impossible.
