Hiii Ayantika

the best book for understanding the mechanisms and reaction of organic chemistry is the organic chemistry book by O.P tandon.

it provides the best possible ways of answering complicated answers and also helps in better understanding of the organic chemistry reactions as a whole. It also has a competitive practice section from which you can practice a set of questions to evaluate your level of preparation.

Hope It helps.

Thanks!!!

Yes Chemistry does't change be it neet/jee chemistry remains the same ,the level and type of questions might vary but that book will help you get a better understanding about the organic part.
