In that case you have chances to change your choices till the last date and it will lock automatically by last date itself.
this is better But to lock yourself after filling choices after deep research.
So no more distractions. Do it only after deep research and when you are sure but if not so then leave it unlocked.
Your choices will be automatically locked according to the sequence that you put up last time
