If you look at the previous years' data,

Category	2017	2018	2019
UR	71%	67.6%	334
OBC	68.8%	65%	326
SC	66.2%	62.8%	315
ST	67.4%	62.6%	314

You can check the official website for UP Board for the marks for previous years. The link is https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Handler/FileHandler.ashx? .i=File&ii=163&iii=Y . Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors. So if you belong to OBC Category, you might have to score around 345 marks or atleast 68-70%.
