College should be choosen on two basis 1st is interested one or priority wise and 2nd  is college reputation.

It depends on you On which basis you want to get a college. If you want to get a college where you are interested then you have to target the selection criteria and have to appear the exam with hard and most efforts. If you want to get a college by the tiers then for 1st tier or top colleges keep high bar for selection.
