Frankly speaking with such a less score you cannot expect a MBBS or BDS seat through the all India Quota.
As you have not mentioned the state you belong to, I cannot Inform you whether you will be able to get a seat in the state quota or not.
Even your reservation plays an important role. If you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances than general category.
However you can expect a seat in the BAMS through the state quota. This also depends on the state you belong to.
