TS Eamcet calculates the rank based on two parameters and they are your EAMCET online test score and PCM aggregate. So,the overall Intermediate marks have nothing to do in Eamcet.With both these marks,a total EAMCET total is calculated to determine your rank.

While allotting the TS EAMCET ranks, 75% weightage will be given to TS EAMCET 2019 normalized marks and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination

It would be difficult to tell you exactly about the rank as it will be calculated depending on various factors. We'll have to wait for the result.
