If you are getting admission in BBA then you don't need any particular entrance examination. Because BBA college will get admission through your 12th result. And some colleges are conduct entrance examination for their own. So you will notify which college you want to be admitted then you will get prepare there entrance examination if it's present.

Now if you want to know after BBA what you do or which examination you will give for career. Then I'll suggest you do MBA. You will prepare for CAT, XAT, MAT examination. Which all are for MBA entrance examination. After completing MBA you will get very good company for job. So prepare yourself for MBA.
