Nithiesh there is a fixed percentage of seats kept in the management quota by a few private colleges which let you have direct admission to the college. This management quota is nothing but donations, you will need to pay a lot more fees than the actual fee for that seat of the college. 

Along with this in this management quota, there is also one more NRI quota, if in case you have some close relative living in foreign then you might be able to use this quota for getting a seat.
