I should say that this counts as an irresponsible behaviour from the side of an aspirant to not check the details before submitting. The application form for Tamilnadu counseling is filled in online mode. The application form must be submitted in offline mode only. Aspirants must send the filled in application form and demand draft along with the relevant documents to the address mentioned below. These documents must be sent in an envelope of 24 X 12 cm superscribed as “Application for MBBS/BDS Course - 2019-20 Session” on or before the last date. Aspirants need to submit only one application.

Since it is submitted offline there will not be any chances for you to edit it.
