yes you can apply for the UP scholarship. Your family income should not exceed 2 lakhs (for general category) and 2.5 lakhs (for reserved category). You will need to apply for post matric scholarship. You'll need to apply that online. There is no eligibility criteria defining 12th cutoff percentage. So just apply and if you're eligible you'll be surely granted the UP. scholarship.
