Upgradation really happens in west bengal in neet ? If yes then how much?

Dear candidate,

The chances of upgradation are very very less.In every state upgradation happens the least and after the allotment of seats so the ews category chances go more than.If at all upgradation happens it would be one college above or maximum two in your choice list,not more than that.
