I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, Don't worry about not getting a seat in the 1st round. Based on the 2018 cutoff, for your rank, you have pretty good chances to get many colleges in UP under state quota. Among the choices you had filled in round 1, you have pretty good chances for Motilal Nehru Medical College, Ahmedabad (MLNMC) and few chances for Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur (GSVMMC) but sorry to say this you almost don't have chances to get King George's Medical University. Lucknow. I Mentioned these things based on their cutoff for OBC category in 2018 which are as follows

• MLNMC  -  36561
• KGMC    -  3730
• GSVM    -  6477
