yes. The first round will be cancelled only if a fresh allotment is given. Aapki allotment ke upar saari choices jo di hain, unhe consider kiya jayega and then allotment announced. Agar nahin mili toh purani sahi salamat rahegi.

If you are happy with the first round couselling then no need to go with the second couselling
