Hi Anushka, the results of UPSEE 2019 are already out. You can check your rank on the official site of UPSEE.

In my opinion, it will be bit difficult for you to get any good colleges. I think you should apply separately for private colleges. You might get a seat there.

Sorry, you have scored very less marks in UPTU. UPTU  is a very easy exam one can easily score above 350. It is difficult for you to get an admission in a government college. Even you will not be able to get ab admission in good private colleges also. 

You can go for PSIT, KANPUR which is not a very good college. Placement are given to those who are very good in acdemics.
