You didn't mention government or Private. But It will vary based on it. If you are aiming for govt colleges then 560+( marks out of 720 ) is a safe range while for private medical colleges it will be around 440-560 ( However it may vary on which college you are preferring, say for Amrita medical college or for colleges under Christian management, you need to score well).
