URGENT: Is it compulsory to mark answers with pencil or we can do it with black pen?

Yes, it is compulsory to mark answers with pencil. 

You have to fill your entry with black ball pen and the answers in OMR sheet have to fill with pencil.

Thank you so much. Could you please tell if they provide additional rough sheets as well other than the ones' attached in question paper? Secondly, can we mark answers in question paper or underline (for convenience) questions?
