Dear Aspirant
I feel sorry to inform you that since registration date for upsee is gone, and tomorrow is the spot round result to be declared, you can not do anything. There is no direct way by which you can participate offline in upsee spot round counselling. So don't worry about it and see other college where you can take admission.
