According to a draft of a new medical policy, all students seeking admission in Kerala must provide a vaccination card. For additional information, go to http://www.dhs.kerala.gov.in/ if you are from Kerala. For now I guess you can go to any clinic with a doctor having an mbbs degree and get yourself check as that you can at least have a medical certificate showing that you have been vaccinated . Doctors can print a vaccination certificate in pdf format.

When signed by a doctor, it is valid.

Valid for NEET Admissions in India as a whole.
