Currently a case was filed against tsicet regarding declining the certificates, so as soon as the case was closed the seats will be allotted. Most probably allotment will be done tomorrow 

Hey Prasanna! Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the certificate verification process for the candidates who have booked the slot. Further after certificate verification, students can exercise the options. Authorities began the TS ICET 2019 counselling registration at tsicet.nic.in from August 5. The web option for TS ICET counselling will take place from August 8 to 12 and provisional allotment will be made on August 14 (tentatively). Till date no such change in seat allotment date has been announced, visit the official website regularly for updates.
