Mehendi is not allowed in the examination hall of NEET 2109. But if the colour has almost faded and is very light, then they might be linient enough to allow you inside. If you have any way of removing it, try doing so in order to not have any issues in the examination centre.

Dear Aarti, it is allowed to have faded prints on your hand as long as they are not in pen or in ink. Dont panic if there is any sort of frisking because it is normal to have speculations. Just follow the dress code and you will be fine.

Hey Aarti,

While there is no specific mention of whether or not the candidate can wear heena or mehndi to the exam hall in the NEET information brochure, it is better to avoid them. It is because wearing them may cause problem during bio-metric verification. And if bio-metric verification fails (as a consequence of henna or mehndi), the candidate will not be allowed to take the NEET 2019 exam.

In case the candidate has already applied heena or mehndi, they should get it removed. You may wash your hands wit soap and use nail polish removers, which should help the colors fade.

Hope it helps! Comment Down if you have any other queries... Goodluck!
