Hi Rahul!!! For VIT counselling you have to go to the bank in which you have your account and tell them to make a dd of Rs.50,000(For Phase-1) and Rs.2,00,000 (for phase-II) provided you have the amount present in your bank account and with that go fo counselling and thre'll be a fee depositing counter whre you can deposit the dd and move towards booking your seat.
