You will definitely get a seat in the vit university, but depending upon the campus you want to be in, you will get different branches.

Vit university has vit vellore campus, vit Chennai campus, vit Amravati campus... Out of which the best one the Vellore campus, and you might get branches like electrical engineering, civil engineering, etc. But if you want to go to some other campus then you might get a better branch like mechanical engineering, electronic and communication engineering, information technology, computer science and engineering along with separate specialisations. So there is no need to worry.

As per your rank in VITEEE 2019, you won't be able to fetch category 1 seat in any of the branches of VIT, Vellore. But since there are 5 categories where each category has different fee structure and you are willing to pay an enormous amount of fees every year, you can give a shot to VIT, Vellore in the high categories. But in case, you do not want to spend an enormous amount of fees every year, you can go for VIT, Bhopal which is a new campus addition to VIT family. Feel free to comment for any other queries.
