Dear Aparna, to fulfill domicile criteria of Bihar, a Candidate should follow the following rules:

1. Should have studied 11th and 12th from BCECE biard in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
2. Should hold Bihar domicile certificate

So even if you hold Bihar domcile, you should also have studied 10+2 from Bihar. Children whose parents are posted in Bihar as part of their Central govt.jobs are an exception to this.
