According to the experts opinion 2019 NEET paper tougher than the 2017 neet paper. And you asked for the cutoof too but it is highly difficult to predict that which will be the cut off because it depends on various factors like number of students appeared and how well they performed but according to experts the year's cutoff will be the least one when compared to last year's.
