The NEET cutoff depends on 3 factors -
Number of students appearing
Level of difficulty of paper
Total seats 
Depending on these three criterias, it can change.
I will post the last year cutoffs for NEET in West Bengal through 85% state quota.
UR category - 464 marks ( AIR 41723) Alloted institue was Malda Medical College.
OBC - 461 marks ( AIR 43142) ALLOTED institute was ESIC medical college, Joka
SC - 321 marks (AIR 149555) ESIC medical college, Joka
ST - 156 marks (AIR 454127) Malda Medical College
The cutoffs can vary by +/- 7
