Last year, the ranks closed at 12701 for round 3.

and at 14802 for the round 4.

So yes i think you have a fair chance at getting GCETTB this year however just to be cautious, i'd choose another college as standby just incase the cutoff doesn't behave thr same as last year. In the round 4 we cannot predict who will drop a seat or not keeping that in mind i'd say you have a 45% chance of getting in.
