It depend on you category if you are from general category then it is difficult but if you are from obc then there are some chances of getting government seat.

But you should apply for councelling once the results are out. It is always depended on the cut off, so if the cut off come down then it will be easier for you to get a government seat.

Congratulation for scoring such a decent marks. According to previous years cutoffs you can get government medical college through state quota of Madhya Pradesh. You can also get a average government college by all India quota.
