First of All, I would like to tell you if you had qualified NEET 2021 Examination then you can't get seat on the basis of your 2021 result in this year (2022) counseling.
----- You will have to qualify the NEET 2022 Examination to get BDS seat this year through All India Quota Counseling or through your state Counseling which is Karnataka in your case.
