we opted for 85% state qouta for Odisha. I am eligible for Karnataka 85% qouta also. Can I participate Karnataka counselling also

Yes. You can avail 85% quota of both the states in NEET provided you have domicile for both. As far as I know, different states have different definitions of a domicile. For example- In odisha, Domicile means being a permanent resident of odisha (i.e. having your own home in odisha). On the other hand, if you have done your 11th and 12th from a recognised school in Karnataka, you would be considered a domiciled candidate of Karnataka as well. So, in such a condition as mentioned above in the example, a student will be able to avail the 85% quota seats for both the states (odisha and Karnataka). You can go for counselling in both the states. And if you fit in any of the college then you can proceed there after being eligible for it.
