Yes your brother can get good NIT based upon his percentile.
Based upon previous year cutoffs your brother can easily get good NIT in good department.

Hello dear,

According to your brother percentile in jee mains his general rank will be approx 1,30,000 but as he belongs to scheduled caste he have definitely the chance to get seat in NIT but he will not able to top NITs .
