Hope you are doing well. K-CET usually releases the cutoff rank list soon after the results of each round of seat allotment. And further it is updated after every round of seat allotment. So after all rounds of seat allotment that is after second extended round of seat allotment, only one file exists in the website, that is the cutoff rank after second extended round of seat allotment. So you need to stay tuned for updates in KEA website. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Kcet may be releasing the cutoff for round 1 on the 2nd or the 3rd week of July 2019
