Well, electronics is the only branch in KNIT which has always been in benefit due to its mixed syllabus consisting some Computer Science concepts too. So mass recruiters have no problem in taking them.

Then comes one of their dream companies-Mediatek, every year atleast 5 people are always taken by it. Idea also visits campus but some year it may skip. Ericsson also visits campus for recruitment.

All the above are core companies of electronics and they totally take almost all deserving students and hence very less i.e. 10–20 % students remain jobless at the year end.
