Hope you are doing great. IP seats are referred to Insured Person's quota seats of Employee State Insurance Scheme. Every year these will be left after allocation of all seats. This year about 15 % of the seats are reserved for the IP Quota. So, the eligible candidates need to fulfill the MCC eligibility criteria and should submit 'ward of Insured Person's certificate.
