There is no such disadvantages of doing masters in any background, learning something and getting a degree. There are a lots of fields of MBA that you can pursue after UG course in Zoology. One of the advantage that you will be having in future is that you will be someone with a combination of a scientific background with business training which can make you a viable candidate for a plethora of potential careers. And basically to pursue MBA most of the college's  eligibility criteria suggest that candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline be it technology, science, commerce, etc., from any recognized University or Institution of National importance with at least 50% in graduation. So with your degree in Zoology you are eligible for MBA as long as you satisfy the % criteria.
